Ray James
Ray James is a real estate broker-in-charge with more than 25 years of commercial, residential, and property management experience in South Carolina and Michigan. Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Grand Valley State University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and received a fellowship in Political Leadership from Michigan State University. Ray has been a higher education instructor since 1999 in real estate, economics, government, and history.
Ray is recognized by his students for his knowledge of real estate law and licensing requirements and dedication to preparing students to successfully pass the state real estate sales and broker exams.
