Course Details

This course provides the 60 hours of education required by the State of South Carolina Real Estate Commission to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate Salespersons License. This course is designed to prepare each student for success on the state exam. Areas covered include State and Federal laws, Property and income tax aspects of real estate, financing, fair housing, legal descriptions, appraisals and more. Textbooks and all other materials are included in the tuition.
